The date for the Planning Inspectorate Appeal Hearing is yet to be notified and will be posted once available. 

 

However, objectors have a 6-week period from the date Enertrag’s appeal was lodged (18th June 2008) during which they can write with further comments to the Planning Inspector at The Planning Inspectorate, DCLG, 3/15 Eagle, Temple Quay House,2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6PN.

 

NOTE YOU ONLY HAVE UNTIL 30th JULY 2008 TO LODGE ANY FURTHER OBJECTIONS TO THIS APPLICATION BEFORE THE PUBLIC CONSULTATION CUT-OFF DATE
